Acceptance of Terms

Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions and images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
• Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes (VAT).
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• We accept payments via M-PESA, Pesapal, and Cash on Delivery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
• Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placement.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (see our Returns Policy for details).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Sale items are final sale unless defective.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lyft Apparel and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

Account Registration
