Hassle-free returns within 14 days
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be still attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at returns@lyftapparel.co.ke with your order number and reason for return
Pack the item securely with original tags
Ship to our returns address (we'll provide instructions)
We inspect and process within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
- Faulty items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (KSh 200)
- Wrong item received: We cover return shipping and send correct item

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- M-PESA/Card payments: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Store credit or bank transfer
- Store credit: Issued immediately and valid for 6 months
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size exchanges:
- Contact us to check availability
- Return the original item (customer pays return shipping)
- We ship the new size (free shipping for exchange)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and socks (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Final sale/clearance items
