Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email with your tracking number.
- For pickup orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Store Pickup
You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our store in Nairobi at no additional cost.

What to bring: Your order confirmation number and a valid ID.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within Kenya. International shipping is coming soon!
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to update your delivery address.
Q: What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
A: Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After failed attempts, you will be contacted to arrange pickup or reschedule delivery.
